We accept a wide range of dental insurance plans. Every plan is different, so please contact your insurance provider to verify coverage and acceptance.
Although we verify your insurance coverage as a courtesy, an estimate of benefits is not a guarantee of coverage. We require that any copay, deductible, or out of pocket expense be paid at the time of service. If an insurance claim processes differently than the estimate of benefits, you are responsible for the difference.

Cancellation & Missed
Appointment Policy
When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve that time specifically for you. This allows our dentists and team members to dedicate their time and attention to your care.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact our office as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient.
We understand that unexpected situations come up and that occasionally an appointment cannot be kept. However, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments leave us with too little time to offer that reserved appointment to someone else.
For appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or for appointments that are missed without notice, a $75 cancellation/no-show fee may be charged. Notice must be provided by contacting the office directly during regular business hours. Messages received outside business hours will be considered received on the next business day.
This fee is separate from dental treatment charges, is not submitted to dental insurance, and is the responsibility of the patient.
